Brandt and Brandt is a mother daughter studio creating sculptural ceramic vessels at the intersection of art, architecture and material exploration.

Founded by T.Brandt and A. Brandt, the studio creates limited ceramic objects defined by quiet forms, tactile surfaces and a restrained visual language.

T. Brandt holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from TU Berlin, informing the studio’s sensitivity to structure, balance and proportion. A.Brandt holds a Magister degree in Journalism Studies from LMU Munich and brings a long-standing artistic practice shaped by material expression, atmosphere and narrative depth.

Each vessel is shaped by hand and developed through an intuitive process that embraces texture, mineral reactions and subtle irregularities as part of the object’s identity. Influenced by architectural clarity and natural formations, the works are conceived not only as functional objects, but as sculptural pieces with a distinct spatial presence.Working between Berlin and New York, Brandt and Brandt combines artistic intuition with a deep sensitivity to materiality and form.
